The Company

One of the largest manufacturers and distributors of liver detox, lung detox, multivitamin gummy bears, and other ayurvedic and neutraceuticals products. The company was catering to customers across the country and mainly focused on COD as their primary source of payments.

The Challenge

Existing agency – “one of the biggest social media agency based out of Mumbai” was creatively good, but were not able to perform in terms of sales and ROAS. The client’s expectations were 5-10X ROAS across their social media channels with a maximum return rate of 20% – 30%, which meant targeting had to be effective and location-based strategies had to be implemented.

  • Creative design with product relevant features and USPs. Brand colour and tone implementation.
  • Curated target audience-specific ad copies, content and campaign strategy.
  • Implemented experiential ads, FB shopping ads and carousel ads on Facebook Ad Manager.
  • Planning, designing and curating creatives, visuals and GIFs for all social media ad campaigns.
  • Created a script for liver and lung detox, and provided a unique voice over from our end for the videos generated.
  • Implemented location-based strategy and interest-based inclusions and exclusions for better ad performance.
