One of the largest exporters and suppliers of Nuts like dates, almonds, cashews, Brazilian nuts, etc. Shipping to customers across tier 1 and tier 2 cities in India, and having a wide range of product portfolios like gift packing, seasonal packages and wedding gifts.

The Challenge

The majority of sales were coming from offline sources, and their shops across cities like Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, and Pune. Social media presence was really poor and the engagement rate was quite bad, while the website didn’t support online payments and orders.
